基于海氏岗位评价模型对构建医院行政后勤人员绩效考核体系的研究

摘要 医院行政后勤人员均属于医疗机构的辅助岗位,在20世纪中期就已产生。在医疗事业不断完善的情况下,对医疗服务的需求也在不断增加,各级医疗机构内的行政后勤部门岗位设置也逐步丰富,以更好地满足医疗机构日常运行与管理需求。为进一步保障行政后勤人员的切身利益,市场化议价模式薪酬管理下进行薪酬的科学确定极为重要。本院将海氏评价法引入医院行政后勤人员绩效考核中,基于海氏岗位评价模型构建医院行政后勤人员绩效考核体系,本文主要就这一体系的构建方式与价值进行分析。 Hospital administrative and logistics staff are auxiliary positions in medical institutions,which emerged in the mid-19th century.Demand for medical services has been increasing with continuous improvement of medical industry.The positions of administrative and logistics departments are gradually enriched at all levels of medical institutions to better meet daily operation and management needs of medical institutions.To further safeguard the vital interests of administrative and logistics staff,it is extremely important to determine salaries under market-oriented bargaining model of salary management scientifically.Our hospital has introduced Hey post evaluation method into performance evaluation of hospital administrative and logistics staff.Based on Hey post evaluation model,we have constructed performance evaluation system for hospital administrative and logistics staff.The article mainly analyzes construction method and value of the system.
