顾庆华教授治疗胃癌前病变经验拾粹

Professor Gu Qinghua’s Experience in Treating Precancerous Lesion of Gastric Cancer

胃癌前病变(PLGC)是正常胃黏膜向胃癌发展的关键阶段,发病率较高。因目前对胃癌的预防治疗机理尚不明确,所以对PLGC的治疗是防止其向胃癌发展的关键环节。江苏省名中医顾庆华教授运用中医药方法进行辨病与辨证论治,根据其病因病机以脾胃虚弱为本、气滞血瘀湿浊为标,将本病辨为气滞湿阻、湿热阻中、脾虚夹滞、阴虚内热四个证型辨证施治,取得较为满意的临床效果。现总结顾庆华教授治疗胃癌前病变的经验如下,并附验案1则。

Precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC)is a key stage in the development from normal gastric mucosa to gastric cancer,with a high incidence.Because the mechanism of prevention and treatment of gastric cancer remains unclear,the treatment of PLGC is a key to the prevention of gastric cancer.Professor Gu Qinghua,a famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor in Jiangsu Province,used TCM methods to differentiate the syndromes of patients with PLGC.The occurrence of PLGC is rooted in the deficiency of spleen and stomach and triggered by qi stagnation,blood stasis,and dampness turbidity.The patients mainly present four syndromes:qi stagnation and dampness obstruction,damp-heat retention in the middle energizer,spleen deficiency with stagnation,and yin deficiency with internal heat.The treatment based on differentiation of the four syndromes has achieved satisfactory results.This paper summarizes Professor Gu Qinghua’s experience in treating PLGC and reports a case.
