摘要
胃癌具有广泛的转移和高死亡率,其病理机制尚不完全清楚。代谢组学的出现,使代谢调节和癌症研究成为研究者关注的焦点。本文概述胃癌引起的重要代谢改变,并对其治疗意义进行思考与展望。
Gastric cancer has extensive metastasis and high mortality,and its pathogenesis has not been fully understood.The advent of metabolomics has further brought metabolic regulation and cancer research into the spotlight.This article provides an overview of the important metabolic changes caused by gastric cancer,and their therapeutic significance is considered and prospected.
