“躺平”青年的社会心态、行为规律及路向引导

不断更替的网络流行语,反映出人们社会心态的变化。近年来,以“丧”“佛系”“躺平”等青年亚文化为代表的网络热词借助新媒体、自媒体等平台接踵而来,逐渐形成一种特定并具有较大影响力的网络亚文化现象。“躺平”青年是指放弃拼命工作、放弃努力学习、放弃积极生活的一类群体。他们在工作学习生活中遭遇挫折和逆境时,往往会采取一种回避性的心理调节机制或退缩性的行为调整策略。“躺平”青年主要以“丧”、焦虑综合征和消极遁世主义作为现实表征,以期掩盖其“废”、现代性焦虑和防御性悲观的社会心态,具有低欲望、退缩性和习得性无助的行为规律。尽管“躺平”在一定程度上可以使青年在繁忙疲惫的工作学习生活中得到暂时性的调节,但其消极影响不容忽视:低欲望助推反向消费心理异化会影响社会的生产消费环节;退缩性弱化了青年的奋斗动力,不利于社会奋斗精神的培育;习得性无助导致了意义感的丧失,会使“躺平”青年否定自我生成性意义。因此,可以运用心理疏导培育“躺平”青年理性平和的社会心态,利用奋斗精神涵养“躺平”青年“三气”,通过意义疗愈使“躺平”青年追寻到生活的意义乃至生命的意义。

The continuous replacement of Internet buzzwords reflects the changes and developments in people’s social mentality.In recent years,online buzzwords such as“Mourning”,“Buddhists”,“Lie flat”and other young subculture have gradually formed a specific and influential online subculture phenomenon with the help of new media,self-media and other platforms.Among them,“lying flat”youth refers to a group of individuals who adopt an“avoidance”psychological adjustment mechanism or a“withdrawal”behavioral adjustment strategy when they encounter setbacks and adversity in their work and life,giving up hard work,hard study,and positive living.The“lying flat”youths mainly use“mourning”,anxiety syndrome,and negative seclusion as their realistic representations to conceal their social mentality of“abandonment”,modernity anxiety,and defensive pessimism,thus giving them the behavioral patterns of“low desire”,“withdrawal”,and“learned helplessness”.Although“lying flat”can temporarily regulate young people in the face of busy and tired work and life to a certain extent,its negative impact cannot be ignored:“low desire”promotes reverse consumer psychological alienation,which will affect the production and consumption links of society.The“retreat”weakens the youth’s motivation for struggle,which is not conducive to the cultivation of social struggle spirit.Learned helplessness leads to the loss of sense of meaning,which can lead to the denial of self-generated meaning by“lying flat”young people.Therefore,psychological counseling can be used to cultivate the rational and peaceful social mentality of“lying flat”youth,and the“spirit of struggle”can be used to cultivate the“courage”of“lying flat”youth.Through meaning therapy,“lying flat”youth can pursue the meaning of living and even the meaning of life.
