RAP精分料用于开级配超薄磨耗层的性能研究

摘要 为研究不同性质沥青对RAP精分料开级配超薄磨耗层性能的影响,拓展RAP的应用范围,依托油石分离技术,利用物理碰撞方式将玄武岩RAP精分为10~15 mm、5~10 mm、3~5 mm、0~3 mm四档料,采用70#基质沥青、SBS改性沥青和橡胶复合改性沥青为新加胶结材料,进行100%RAP掺量开级配超薄磨耗层的配合比设计,并从高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、构造深度和渗水性能等方面对比其路用性能。研究表明:沥青类型对于RAP精分料开级配超薄磨耗层的最佳油石比影响不大,高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性方面以及构造深度和渗水性能方面,三种沥青的性能有所差别。 In order to study the effect of different properties of asphalt on the performance of RAP fine aggregate open-graded ultra-thin wear layer and expand the application range of asphalt mixture recycling(RAP), this article relies on oil stone separation technology and uses physical collision to finely divide basalt RAP into four grades: 10-15 mm, 5-10 mm, 3-5 mm, 0-3 mm. 70 # matrix asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, and rubber composite modified asphalt are used as new cementitious materials, Design the mix proportion of a 100% RAP content open-graded ultra-thin wear layer, and compare its road performance in terms of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, structural depth, and water permeability. Research has shown that the asphalt type has little effect on the optimal oil-stone ratio of RAP fine aggregate open-graded ultra-thin wear layer. The performance of the three types of asphalt varies in terms of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, structural depth, and water permeability.
