沥青质控用快速检测方法研究及应用现状

Review on Research and Application of Rapid Detection Method for Quality Control of Asphalt

分别从沥青组成和性能评价角度,对目前出现的SBS含量快速检测方法、沥青相似度检测方法及储存稳定性快速检测方法进行了归纳总结,系统介绍了其原理、优点、局限性及标准化应用情况,对比分析了不同检测方法的特点及存在的问题,探讨了沥青快速检测技术的发展方向,综合分析表明:沥青快速检测方法的应用可大幅度提高检测的精确度与时效性,而未来研究的重点在于样品制备与检测方法的标准化、检测设备的便携化与数字化及沥青质控用快速检测评价体系的构建。

In this paper,the rapid detection method for SBS content,asphalt similarity detection and storage stability detection were summarized from the perspective of chemical composition and performance evaluation,and their principles,advantages,limitations and standardized applications were introduced systematically.The development direction of asphalt rapid detection technology was discussed.Comprehensive analysis shows that the application of asphalt rapid detection method can improve the accuracy and timeliness of test,the direction for further study is the standardization of sample preparation and testing methods,the portability and digitization of testing equipment and the construction of rapid testing evaluation system for asphalt quality control.
