工学院院长教学领导力:内涵、模型与提升路径

摘要 新工科建设再深化、再出发对工学院院长的教学领导力提出新要求,文章从教学领导力的一般性内涵出发,基于高校工学院现实情境,对工学院院长教学领导力概念内涵进行了诠释,构建了具有中国特色的工学院院长“角色—要求—实践”三维映射教学领导力模型。从定位到实践全方面提升工学院院长教学领导力,应重点关注全局性工程认知意识、前瞻性产业敏感度和统筹协调性教学组织能力。 The further deepening and development of the construction of emerging engineering put forward new requirements for the instructional leadership of the dean of the College of Engineering.Based on the general connotation of instructional leadership and the actual situation of the College of Engineering,this study comprehensively interprets the concept of instructional leadership of the dean of the College of Engineering.A three-dimensional mapping model featured by“role-requirement-practice”for instructional leadership of engineering deans with Chinese characteristics was constructed.In order to improve the instructional leadership of engineering deans from positioning to practice,the overall engineering cognitive awareness,sharp sensitivity to industries and the ability of coordinating teaching and organization should be focused on.
