硫化剂QDO黏度特性研究

摘要 为探明硫化剂QDO在实际运用中各种因素对黏度特性的影响,在实验室主要关注充油量、温度和搅拌时间这些因素对硫化剂QDO黏度的影响,利用旋转黏度计对硫化剂QDO进行了测试。结果表明:QDO干粉在不同种类填充油中的分散性与扩散性存在差异,进而导致了整体黏度的不同。当充油量减少时,硫化剂QDO的黏度逐渐增加。硫化剂QDO具有触变性,随着剪切时间的延长,黏度逐渐降低,当剪切停止一段时间后,QDO黏度再次恢复。QDO产品的黏度随着温度升高而逐渐降低,并且QDO产品的黏度与测试温度之间存在着良好的指数关系,而且随着含油量的降低,QDO产品的黏度下降趋势逐渐明显。通过这些实验结果,可以充分了解硫化剂QDO在不同因素下的黏度特性。这些发现有助于更好地了解QDO产品的适用范围和性能,从而更好地应用于实际生产。 To explore the influence of various factors on the viscosity characteristics of sulfide QDO in practical applications,the laboratory mainly focused on the effects of factors such as oil charge volume,temperature,and stirring time on the viscosity of sulfide QDO,and conducted tests on sulfide QDO using a rotational viscometer.The results showed that the dispersibility and diffusibility of QDO powder were different in different types of filling oil,which resulted in different overall viscosities.When the oil charge volume decreased,the viscosity of sulfide QDO gradually increased.Sulfide QDO exhibited thixotropic properties,and the viscosity gradually decreased with the extension of testing time.After a certain period of time of testing cessation,the viscosity of QDO resumed.The viscosity of QDO products gradually decreased with the increase of temperature,and there was a good exponential relationship between the viscosity of QDO products and the test temperature.Moreover,as the oil content decreased,the downward trend of QDO product viscosity became more evident.Through these experimental results,it is possible to fully understand the viscosity characteristics of sulfide QDO under different factors.These findings help better understand the scope and performance of QDO products,thus applying them better in practical production.
