摘要
光催化技术在改善环境和生产能源等方面展示出优异的性能,已成为人们关注的热点之一。ZnO是一种性能优良的半导体材料,在半导体催化材料领域备受青睐。较宽的带系导致光生载流子的分离效率低,光吸收范围在紫外光区是对可见光的利用率低。因此,在新型氧化锌复合材料光催化性质研究中,主要概述了制备ZnO复合材料的方法及光催化机理,为半导体复合光催化剂的设计提供理论基础。
Photocatalysis technology has shown excellent performance in improving the environment and producing energy,especially in the degradation of wastewater pollutants,photocatalysis technology has become one of the hot spots.ZnO is a kind of semiconductor material with excellent performance,and has become a hot research topic in semiconductor catalytic material field in recent years.Revised to read"The broader band system results in low separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers,and the light absorption range is in the ultraviolet region resulting in low utilization of visible light.Therefore,in the study of the photocatalytic properties of new zinc oxide composite materials,the methods and photocatalytic mechanisms for preparing ZnO composite materials were mainly summarized,providing a theoretical basis for the design of semiconductor composite photocatalysts.
