海上某油田LPG增产降碳优化与研究

摘要 海上某油田(以下简称油田)生产工艺面临产能任务重、设备负荷高、工艺变化多等多重问题,伴随着上产主力C油田逐步开井投产,某FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading)火炬伴生气放空不仅带来环境污染与资源浪费,还造成火炬达到设计处理量,火炬放空受限也进一步影响C油田开井投产,造成油田无法完成产能目标。面对问题,本文由全工艺系统出发,对全工艺系统进行梳理、分析,通过优化全工艺系统工艺参数来实现LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)产能提升,同时减少火炬碳排放量,解决油田产能瓶颈问题。 The production process in one of the offshore oil field is faced with multiple problems such as heavy production tasks,high equipment load,and multiple process changes.Along with the main production C oilfield gradually opened and put into operation,The blowout of a large amount of associated gas in the Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)not only brings environmental pollution and resource waste,but also causes the torch to reach the designed processing capacity.The limited flare blowout also further affected the production of the C field well,resulting in the failure of the field to achieve the production target.In this paper,Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG)production is raised by adjusting process parameters of the whole process system to solve the production bottleneck of oil fields,so as to reduce flare carbon emissions.
