延迟焦化粗汽油做顶循油的改造与模拟分析

摘要 焦化装置在大量掺炼重污油时,会产生分馏塔塔顶压缩机压降上升,顶循环量下降,导致塔顶温度无法控制。通过技术改造,利用顶循泵打汽油的流程来控制分馏塔顶温,但是汽油干点偏低。通过Aspen hysys软件模拟粗汽油回流代替顶循,发现维持相同的汽油干点需要控制更高的分馏塔塔顶温度,从而解决汽油干点偏低的问题。 When a large amount of heavy waste oil is mixed in the coking unit,the pressure drop of the top compressor of the fractionation tower will increase,and the top circulation volume will decrease,resulting in uncontrollable top temperature of the tower.Through technological transformation,the top circulation pump was used to control the top temperature of the fractionator,but the gasoline dry point was low.This article uses Aspen Hysys software to simulate gasoline cold reflux instead of top circulation,and finds that maintaining the same gasoline dry point requires controlling a higher top temperature of the fractionator tower to solve the problem of low gasoline dry point.
