With the demand for high-quality economic development,the position of the basic pillar industry in the chemical industry is becoming increasingly important,and the development of the chemical industry is also facing more severe challenges.The design,installation,and standardized management of chemical equipment in the chemical industry are particularly important.In the process of designing,arranging,and installing chemical process pipelines and equipment,it is necessary to accurately identify the risk factors that exist in the safety design of chemical pipelines and equipment,develop standardized emergency mechanisms for handling safety accidents,improve the level of safety production accident risk prevention and control,and ensure the safe operation of chemical processes and pipelines.This article first introduces the overall design of chemical process pipelines,analyzes the risks that exist in the process of process pipeline design and installation,analyzes the existing risk factors,and conducts targeted safety countermeasures research based on safety risk factors to minimize the operational risks of chemical process pipelines and ensure the safe operation of chemical processes and pipelines.The relevant research can provide certain reference significance for the safety design and operation of chemical process pipelines.
