蒽醌法双氧水建设项目职业危害及防护对策

摘要 双氧水又名过氧化氢,常作为氧化剂用于化工生产。目前,国内主要的双氧水生产工艺为蒽醌法。在蒽醌法生产双氧水过程中,由于设备、管道密闭不严等原因可产生并逸散多种职业危害因素,并可对工人身体造成急慢性伤害。通过对某蒽醌法双氧水建设项目的生产工艺、原辅材料、设备等进行分析,确定各岗位、环节产生的职业危害因素,通过对建设项目的防护设施(措施)进行分析,确定存在的不足和问题,提出整改建议,以提高项目运行的稳定性和可靠性。 Hydrogen peroxide,also known as hydrogen peroxide,is often used as an oxidant in chemical production.At present,the main production process of hydrogen peroxide in China is anthraquinone process.In the process of producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process,many kinds of occupational hazards can be produced and escaped because of the loose sealing of equipment and pipeline.And can cause acute and chronic injury to workers.In this paper,the production process,raw materials and equipment of an anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide project are analyzed.To determine the occupational hazards caused by various posts and links,and to determine the deficiencies and problems through the analysis of the protective facilities(measures)of the construction project.Put forward rectification suggestions to improve the stability and reliability of project operation.
