摘要
针对某煤化工公司大检修期间无蒸汽热源,生化污泥及大检修产生的罐底污泥无法进行干化处理,本文对污泥深度处理工艺、预处理阶段使用的絮凝剂进行了筛选,并对选定的工艺进行小试试验,最终确定883号絮凝剂,投加量为0.16 kg/t泥,可将含水率降低至82%以下,后经过2 h污泥低温干化处理,可将污泥含水率降低至30%以下,有效解决大检修期间污泥无法处理及污泥系统不平衡问题。
As there is no steam heat source during the major overhaul of a coal chemical company,biochemical sludge and tank bottom sludge generated from the major overhaul cannot be dried,this paper screened the flocculant used in the sludge advanced treatment and pretreatment stage,and conducted a small test on the selected process.Finally,flocculant No.883 was determined,and the dosage was 0.16 kg/t mud.The moisture content can be reduced to less than 82%,and after 2 h sludge low-temperature drying treatment,the sludge moisture content can be reduced to less than 30%,effectively solving the problem of sludge treatment and sludge system imbalance during major overhaul.
