摘要
为探究螺旋滚筒作为推进装置时的性能参数,以自主设计的螺旋滚筒推进装置作为研究对象,通过EDEM进行离散元仿真,建立螺旋滚筒-沙离散元接触模型,得到沙粒在不同螺旋升角下受力情况,进而分析不同螺旋升角下螺旋滚筒在沙介质环境中所受推进力状况。研究表明,在相同直径与旋叶高度下,螺旋升角为30°~40°的螺旋滚筒在沙介质中有较好的推进能力。
This paper takes the self-designed screw propulsion vehicle as object,investigates the performance parameters of the propelling screw drum,adopts EDEM for establishing screw drum-sand discrete element contact simulation model to obtain propulsion force conditions on the sand particles under different screw lift angles,and analyzes the propulsion force conditions of the screw drum under different screw lift angles in the case of sandy land.The results show that while applying the same diameter and blade height,the screw drum with a screw lift angle of 30°~40°has better propulsion capability in sandy land.
