摘要
以自主设计的卧式摇篮式五轴机床为研究对象,利用UG软件绘制五轴机床模型,将模型各组件导入到VERICUT9.2.2中构建仿真平台。详细介绍仿真平台的建立过程、VERICUT中相关参数的设置方法、毛坯的设置和调整、刀具的创建等内容。运行VERICUT仿真模拟加工过程并观察加工效果。经过实践验证,该仿真平台能有效避免机床碰撞等事故的发生。
This paper takes self-designed horizontal cradle-type 5-axis machine tool as object,adopts UG software to establish 5-axis machine tool model,imports all components of the model to VERICUT9.2.2 to construct the simulation platform,introduces establishing process of the simulation platform,setting method of relevant parameters in VERICUT,setting and adjustment of the blank and setting of cutting tools in detail,and runs VERICUT to simulate machining process and observe the effect.Practice results prove that this simulation platform is able to effectively avoid the occurrence of machine tool collision and other accidents.
