Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-Long Gu

通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出龙骨:功效主要为镇惊安神,平肝潜阳,收敛固涩。症靶为汗出过多、遗精、失眠。现代药理研究发现龙骨及其有效成分具有中枢抑制和骨骼肌松弛作用,能调节机体免疫功能,有利于消除溃疡和促进伤口的恢复,有镇静催眠、抗抑郁、抗痉厥、促进血液凝固、降低血管通透性等作用。临床使用剂量为15~120 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索龙骨用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。过敏体质者慎用龙骨。

Through the investigation of ancient books and the sorting of the modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in thefields of traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that Long Gu mainly has the effects of tranquillization,calming the liver and suppressing yang,and securing and astriction.The symptom targets are desudation,nocturnal emissions and insomnia.Modern pharmacology studies have found that Long Gu and its active ingredients have the effects of central inhibition and skeletal muscle relaxation,which can regulate the body's immune function,help eliminate ulcers,and promote wound recovery.They also have sedative and hypnotic effects,antidepressant effect,and antispasmodic effect,and can promote blood coagulation and reduce vascular permeability.The clinical dosage is 15-120g.When taken orally,it should be used dialectically according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the construction of dose-effect relationship between the dosage of Long Gu and the symptom target and biochemical indicator target should be explored actively.People with allergic constitution should use Long Gu with caution.
