黄河流域绿色发展效率空间关联网络及影响因素研究

摘要 黄河流域是我国重要的生态屏障和经济地带,流域内各区域的绿色发展问题研究显得尤为重要。基于2006—2020年黄河流域60个城市的面板数据,采用非期望Super-SBM模型对该区域城市绿色发展效率进行测度,并通过修正的引力模型和社会网络分析方法深入探究绿色发展效率的关联网络结构特征及影响因素。结果表明:(1)黄河流域绿色发展效率总体处于波动上升状态,空间上呈现为上游地区>下游地区>中游地区的梯性差异;(2)黄河流域绿色发展效率关联网络在一定程度上突破了地理邻近效应,并表现出复杂的网络结构,但整体网络密度仍处于较低水平,具有较大的发展潜力;(3)黄河流域城市绿色发展效率关联网络包括净溢出、经纪人、双向溢出和净受益4个板块,关联路径以板块间为主;(4)城市间地理临近、经济发展水平、科技创新水平和产业结构差异等自然和社会经济因素对黄河流域绿色发展效率关联网络的形成具有显著影响。 As the Yellow River Basin is an important ecological barrier and economic zone in China,it is particularly important to study the green development of the regions in the basin.Based on the panel data of 60 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2020,this paper measured the green development efficiency of cities in the region using the non-expectation Super-SBM model,and discussed in depth the characteristics of the correlation network structure of green development efficiency and the influencing factors through the modified gravitational model and social network analysis methods.The results showed that:①The green development efficiency of the Yellow River Basin was generally fluctuating and rising,and spatially presented a gradient difference of upstream>downstream>midstream.②The green development efficiency correlation network in the Yellow River Basin had broken through the geographical proximity effect to a certain extent and exhibited a complex network structure,but the overall network density was still at a low level and has greater development potential.③The green development efficiency correlation network of cities in the Yellow River Basin included four segments:Net spillover,broker,two-way spillover and net benefit,and the association paths were mainly inter-segment.④Natural and socio-economic factors such as geographical proximity,economic development level,science and technology innovation level and industrial structure differences among cities had significant influence on the formation of the green development efficiency association network in the Yellow River Basin.
