塔式光热机组 SGS 跳闸控制逻辑调试方法优化改进

A Study on the Optimization Improvement of the Debugging Method of the Tripping Control Logic of the SGS of the Tower-Type Solar Thermal Unit

摘要 为了减少换热器在蒸汽发生系统(SGS)在启动/停止的过程中产生的热应力,防止SGS跳闸后公用熔盐管路发生串盐现象,提高调试质量,通过增加SGS换热器熔盐侧温度变化率高触发SGS跳闸保护,SGS中任意一列SGS跳闸且触发疏盐条件,另一列同时触发疏盐条件。优化SGS疏盐自动控制逻辑、调试方法,可确保塔式光热机组SGS跳闸后设备动作顺序正确可靠,减少SGS跳闸后系统恢复时间,降低SGS熔盐冻结的风险。 In order to reduce the thermal stress of the heat exchanger generated by the SGS during its process of start/stop,prevent the salt mixing phenomenon of the fused salt pipeline after the tripping of the SGS,and improve the debugging quality,this paper suggests increasing the rate of change of temperature on the fused salt side of the heat exchanger of the SGS to trigger the tripping protection of the SGS.When any row of the SGS trips and triggers the salt thinning condition,the other row triggers it at the same time.Optimizing the automatic control logic and debugging method of the salt thinning of the SGS can ensure correct and reliable operation sequence of the equipment after the tripping of the SGS of the tower-type solar thermal unit,reduce the recovery time of the system after the tripping of the SGS,and decrease the risk of the fused salt freezing of the SGS.
