无人值守半挂汽车煤自动计量及卸车系统应用研究

Applied Research on the Automatic Coal Metering and Unloading System for Unattended Semitrailer Vehicles

This paper mainly introduces the whole process of coal metering and unloading of the unattended semitrailer vehicle,including the improvement of the level of automation,automatic distribution of designated scale weighing of the vehicle based on the plan of coal arrival,anti-fraud measures,enhancement of the metering and unloading efficiency,and changes of the employees working mode.Ultimately,the whole-process automation and informatization of the coal of the vehicle and management of the plant are realized,which saves human resources,reduces the labor intensity,improves the working efficiency,and provides a new mode for fuel management of power plants.
