摘要
“双碳”目标是我国的重大战略决策,白酒行业作为一个高能耗、高排放、高污染的行业,在“双碳”背景下,绿色生态酿造是实现其可持续发展的关键。白酒企业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,应以国家和行业政策为纲领指引,分析自身优势、劣势,结合行业现状推动自身转型。本文主要从企业已采取的主要减排方法、效果等方面阐述了白酒行业的现状及减排思路。
The goal of“double carbon”is a major strategic decision of China.As a high energy consumption,high emission and high pollution industry,Baijiu industry,under the background of“double carbon”,green ecological brewing is the key to achieve its sustainable development.Baijiu enterprises are facing enormous opportunities and challenges.They should take national and industrial policies as the guiding principle,analyze their own strengths and weaknesses,and promote their own transformation in combination with the current situation of the industry.This paper mainly expounds the current situation and emission reduction ideas of Baijiu industry from the main emission reduction methods and effects that enterprises have adopted.
