摘要 在文旅融合的背景下,美景与美食的有机结合成为旅游业繁荣发展的新趋势,这种结合可以让游客在欣赏美景的同时,品尝当地传统美食,感受当地的传统文化和风土人情。本文在分析姑苏运河十景与苏州非遗糕点关联性的基础上,探索姑苏运河十景非遗糕点设计与创新策略,以期为人们创造出独具姑苏特色的美食体验。 In the context of cultural and tourism integration,the organic combination of beautiful scenery and delicious food has become a new trend in the prosperous development of the tourism industry.This combination can allow tourists to enjoy the beautiful scenery,taste local traditional cuisine,and experience the local traditional culture and customs.This article analyzes the correlation between the Ten Scenery of Gushu Canal and Suzhou intangible cultural heritage pastries,and explores the design and innovative strategies of Ten Scenery of Gushu Canal intangible cultural heritage pastries,in order to create a unique Gusu style food experience for people.
