摘要
目前全国已有49所本科院校设置了食品营养与健康专业。南宁学院食品营养与健康专业于2022年获批,并于2023年招生。为了更好地适应地方高校食品营养与健康专业教育发展需要,满足企业对人才的各种要求,本文结合南宁学院自身特点和实际情况,从食品营养与健康专业开设背景出发,在人才培养模式构建、课程体系设置、师资队伍构建和校企合作建设等方面进行了初步探索,以使培养出来的人才能够更好地适应区域、行业经济和社会发展的需要。
Currently,49 undergraduate universities across the country have established majors in Food Nutrition and Health at present.Food Nutrition and Health major of Nanning University was approved in 2022 and enrolled in 2023.In order to better adapt to the development needs of food nutrition and health education in local universities,to meet satisfy the enterprise on the talent requirements,this article combines the characteristics and actual situation of Nanning University,starting from the background of the establishment of the Food Nutrition and Health major,preliminary exploration has been conducted in important aspects such as talent cultivation mode construction,curriculum system setting,faculty construction,and school enterprise cooperation construction,hoping that the talent can meet the need of district,industry and society better.
