潍坊市生态系统生产总值核算研究

摘要 生态系统生产总值核算可用于评估一个地区可持续发展能力,是评价区域生态文明建设的重要指标。利用对遥感影像、气象数据、水资源和农林牧渔经济等数据,基于市场价值法、替代成本法、防止费用法等进行了潍坊市生态系统生产总值(GEP)的核算。结果显示:2018年潍坊市全年生态系统生产总值为10445.47亿元,是潍坊市国内生产总值(GDP)的1.7倍。其中生态调节服务功能的价值最大,为8679.72亿元,占GEP总值的83.10%;产品提供和文化服务分别为924.84亿元和840.91亿元,分别占GEP总值的8.85%和8.05%。生态系统生产总值核算能够反映人类活动对生态系统的影响程度,对潍坊市经济发展规划具有指导作用,也为生态环境保护提供了决策参考。 Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)accounting can be used to evaluate the sustainable development capacity of a region,and it is an important indicator for evaluating the construction of regional ecological civilization.Through remote sensing images,meteorological data,water resources,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery and other data,based on market value method,alternative cost method,prevention cost method,and other methods,it calculates the ecosystem service value of Weifang city.The calculation results showed that Weifang’s annual GEP was 1044.547 billion yuan in 2018,which was 1.7 times the GDP of Weifang that year.Among them,the value of regulation services was the largest,867.972 billion yuan,accounting for 83.10%of the total value of GEP;product provision services and cultural services were 92.484 billion yuan and 84.091 billion yuan,accounting for 8.85%and 8.05%of the total value of GEP respectively.Gross Ecosystem Product accounting can reflect the degree of impact caused by human activities on the ecosystem;it has a guiding role in regional economic development planning.It provides a reference for decision-making for ecological environment protection.
