摘要
针对直流开关电源在小型化、高效率和模块化改进过程中出现的输出电压不稳定,输出纹波高的问题,设计了一种高效的低压直流开关电源,分析了主电路各个模块的电路结构及控制电路采取的控制方案,在此基础上,进行了主电路关键元器件的选型,搭建了开关电源系统的仿真模型进行了仿真分析,仿真结果显示在输入为工频交流电的情况下,输出为稳定的24 V直流电,且纹波系数为1%左右,满足系统的设计要求。
Aiming at the problems of unstable output voltage and high output ripple in the process of miniaturization,high efficiency and modularization improvement of DC switching power supply,an efficient low-voltage DC switching power supply is designed.The circuit structure of each module of the main circuit and control scheme adopted by the control circuit are analyzed.On this basis,key components of the main circuit are selected,and a simulation model of the switching power supply system is built for simulation analysis.The simulation results show that when the input is power frequency AC,the output is stable 24 V DC,and the ripple coefficient is about 1%,which meets the design requirements of the system.
