SSF法培养马克斯克鲁维酵母高产细胞和乙醇的工艺初探

Preliminary Study on Cell and Ethanol Production by Kluyveromyces Marxianus in Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation(SSF)Processes

摘要 为开发生物能源,使用马克思克鲁维酵母发酵甜菜产生酵母细胞数及乙醇,由系列单因素试验及部分析因试验初步确定发酵条件。结果表明,马克斯克鲁维酵母自身具备纤维素酶和木质素酶活性,在额外添加0.1%纤维素酶、5 g/L氮源尿素,同时采用SSF法和分批补料,摇床速度210.7 r·min^(-1),CaCO_(3)添加量5 g/L,高密度培养的条件下,酵母细胞数和乙醇产量可达到一个平衡的较高值。 Kluyveromyces marxianus was used to ferment sugar beet to produce yeast cell and ethanol for bioenergy development.From a series of single factor tests and partial factorial experiment the fermentation conditions were preliminarily determined.The results showed that Kluyveromyces marxianus strain itself has cellulase and ligninase activity.When adding 0.1%cellulase,5 g/L ammonia urea,under the conditions of SSF and fed-batch culture,shaker speed 210.7 r·min^(-1),CaCO_(3)addition 5 g/L,and high cell density situation,the amount of yeast biomass and ethanol yield can reach a balanced higher value.
