高寒地区原油库区能耗评价体系研究

摘要 在双碳背景下,为实现节能减排政策、加强油库项目用能管理,对国内外现行能耗指标体系进行分析,结合高寒地区原油库区特点和发展现状,研究能耗评价体系构建思路。确定能耗评价体系构建的五大原则,采用分析法筛选能耗评价指标,分别从实物、强度、效率、管理等不同层级,构建原油库区能耗评价体系。对油库系统及主要用能设备泵、加热炉及站内管道进行用能分析,按能耗管理层级进行能耗评价。对原油库区能源消耗进行评估,提出合理节能建议。结论显示所选择的原油库区能耗评级指标合适,所建立的原油库区能耗评价体系符合规范和行业要求。建议在现有原油库区能耗评价体系的基础上,增加原油库区能耗定额管理。 Under the background of dual carbon,in order to realize the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction and strengthen the energy management of oil depot projects,the current energy consumption index system at home and abroad was analyzed,and the idea of constructing energy consumption evaluation system was studied in combination with the characteristics and development status of crude oil reservoir area in the high cold region.The five principles of energy consumption evaluation system construction are determined,and energy consumption evaluation indexes are screened by analysis method.The energy consumption evaluation system of crude oil reservoir area is constructed from different levels such as physical object,intensity,efficiency and management.The energy consumption of the oil depot system and the main energy consumption equipment pumps,heating furnaces and pipelines in the station is analyzed,and the energy consumption is evaluated according to the energy consumption management level.The energy consumption in the crude oil reservoir area is evaluated,and the reasonable energysaving suggestions are put forward.The conclusion shows that the selected energy consumption rating index is suitable,and the established energy consumption evaluation system conforms to the standards and industry requirements.It is suggested to increase the research of energy consumption quota system in crude oil reservoir on the basis of the existing energy consumption evaluation system.
