软段多重氢键动态交联三嵌段弹性体的制备与性能

摘要 苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SEBS)弹性体存在回弹性差、使用上限温度低等问题。为解决上述问题,通过改变SEBS软段(EB相)化学结构,制备SEBS软段含二重氢键和四重氢键动态交联弹性体。采用核磁、红外等手段表征材料微观结构,表明两种基于软段含多重氢键动态交联SEBS弹性体的成功制备。研究二重氢键和四重氢键对SEBS弹性体力学性能、回弹性、耐热性、流变性等性能的影响。结果表明,含四重氢键UPy-SEBS的EB相Tg提升至-34℃,且UPy-SEBS在100%应变下的弹性回复率达到86%,同时UPy-SEBS使用上限温度达到231℃。多重氢键动态交联SEBS是一种高耐热高回弹环保型热塑性弹性体,在绿色耐高温黏接剂等领域具有巨大应用潜力。 The elastomers of styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene triple block copolymer(SEBS)have poor resilience and low upper limit temperature.In order to solve the above problems,dynamic cross-linked elastomers containing double and quadruple hydrogen bonds were prepared by changing the chemical structure of the SEBS soft segment(EB phase).The micro-structure of the materials was characterized by NMR and FTIR,and two kinds of dynamic cross-linked SEBS elastomers based on soft segment multiple heavy hydrogens were successfully prepared.The effects of different hydrogen bond quantities on the mechanical properties,resilience,heat resistance and rheological properties of SEBS elastomers were studied.The results show that the EB phase T g containing quadruple hydrogen bond UPy-SEBS increases to-34℃,the elastic recovery rate of UPy-SEBS reaches 86%under 100%strain;at the same time,the upper operating temperature of UPy-SEBS reaches 231℃.The multi-hydrogen bond dynamic cross-linked SEBS is a kind of environment-friendly thermoplastic elastomers with high heat resistance and high resilience,which has great application potential in green and high temperature resistant adhesives and other fields.
