海水环境下热硫化胶黏剂的性能退化行为

摘要 通过高低温环境实验、高温高压海水浸泡实验对两种可在120℃条件下低温热硫化的胶黏剂进行了性能退化行为评价。剥离强度测试结果表明,在零状态下,Y-C胶黏剂的黏接性能优于Y-B胶黏剂。但是在高低温环境实验、高温高压海水浸泡实验后,Y-C胶黏剂的黏接性能下降明显,性能离散度增加,Y-B胶黏剂表现出非常好的性能稳定性。Y-B胶黏剂在低温热硫化领域有着很好的应用潜力。 The degradation behavior of two kinds of adhesives that could be vulcanized at 120℃was evaluated by high and low temperature environment experiment and high temperature and high pressure seawater immersion experiment.The stripping strength test results showed that the bonding property of Y-C adhesive was better than that of Y-B adhesive in zero state.However,after high and low temperature environment experiments and high temperature and high pressure seawater immersion experiments,the adhesion performance of Y-C adhesive decreased significantly,the dispersion of the adhesion performance increased,and Y-B adhesive showed good performance stability.Y-B adhesive has good application potential in the field of low temperature thermal vulcanization.
