摘要
分析了转炉烟气袋式除尘系统能耗的影响因素,提出了袋式除尘系统减污降碳技术途径,重点对袋式除尘器运行阻力的构成、分布和降阻措施进行了阐述,设计了转炉烟气袋式除尘器最小阻力的理想指标。可为转炉炼钢烟气袋式除尘节能降碳和超低排放提供借鉴。
In this paper,the influencing factors of energy consumption of the converter bag dust collector are anal-yzed,and the technical approaches for reducing pollution and carbon are proposed.The composition,distribution,and measures for reducing resistance of the bag dust collector are emphasized in this paper.The ideal index of mini-mum resistance is designed for the bag dust collector.This paper can provide reference for energy saving,carbon re-duction,and ultra-low emission of flue gas bag dust collector in converter steel-making.
