摘要
目的基于Miller金字塔能力模型构建手术室护理专业研究生临床实践能力培养指标体系。方法2022年9月-2023年2月通过文献回顾、理论分析、半结构化访谈初步形成培养体系各级指标,再经过2轮德尔菲专家函询法,构建完整的培养指标体系。结果2轮专家咨询的有效回收率为100%,专家权威系数均>0.900,2轮函询专家协调系数分别为0.201、0.102。最终确立的手术室护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力培养指标体系包括4个一级指标、19个二级指标、71个三级指标。结论构建的培养指标体系科学合理,咨询的专家积极性与权威性均较高,对手术室方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养具有指导作用与参考价值。
Objective To construct a training index system of clinical practice ability for graduate students of nursing specialist in operating room based on Miller pyramid competency model,so as to provide ideas for training high-level specialized nursing talents in the operating room.Methods The indicators at all levels of the training index system were initially formed through literature review,theoretical analysis,and semi-structured interviews,and then a complete training index system was constructed through 2 rounds of Delphi method.Results The effective recovery rate for 2 rounds of experts was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was>0.900,and 2 rounds of the expert coordination coefficient 0.102 respectively.The final established clinical practice ability training index system for graduate students of nursing specialist in operating room included 4 first-class indicators,19 second-class indicators and 71 third-class indicators.The effective recovery rate of two rounds of expert consultation was 100%.Conclusion The constructed training index system is scientific and reasonable,and the consultation experts are highly motivated and authoritative,which has a guiding role and reference value for the training of clinical practice ability of graduate students of nursing specialist in the direction of operating room.
