绞线机摇架顶针组件结构优化改进

摘要 绞线机摇架顶针组件存在结构问题,使轴承、顶针等零件易损坏。综合分析顶针组件各零件的作用、结构组成及其维修情况,对摇架顶针组件进行优化设计及改进。通过改变圆锥滚子轴承单个安装为成对背靠背安装方式,调整轴承挡圈与紧固方式等结构,增大轴承承载强度;增设中心光孔及顶丝孔,改盲孔型为通孔型等,大大提高顶针组件维修效率。优化改进后,摇架顶针组件故障减少,维修难度也大大降低。 Stranding rocking thimble components bearing,thimble and other parts easily damaged because of structural problems.The function,structural composition and maintenance of thimble components are analyzed comprehensively,optimization design and improvement of rocking thimble components are carried out.By changing single tapered roller bearing installation mode to back-to-back installation mode in pairs,adjusting bearing retaining ring and fastening mode and other structures,bearing strength is increased,adding center light hole and top wire hole,changing blind hole type to through hole type,etc.,greatly improve maintenance efficiency of thimble components.After optimization and improvement,failure of rocking thimble components is reduced,and difficulty of maintenance is greatly reduced.
