燃气轮机刷式密封泄漏特性试验研究

摘要 刷式密封具有较好的密封效果,在重型燃气轮机领域获得了广泛应用。开展燃气轮机刷式密封泄漏特性试验研究,比较分析不同间隙条件下刷式密封的密封效果。结果表明:在特定试验条件下,刷式密封流量系数随压比的增大略有下降,随转速的升高略有下降,随密封间隙的减小而降低,并且当密封间隙小于临界密封间隙时,刷式密封比迷宫密封具有更好的密封效果。试验结果可以为刷式密封在燃气轮机上的设计应用提供重要参考。 Brush seal has a good effect on sealing,therefore,it has been widely used in the field of heavy gas turbine.Experimental studies were carried out for the leakage characteristics of brush seal in gas turbines,the sealing effects of brush seal under different clearance conditions were compared and analyzed.Results show that,under a certain experimental condition,the flow coefficient of brush seal,decreases slightly with the increase of pressure ratio,decreases slightly with the increase of rotor speed,and decreases with the decrease of seal clearance.Moreover,when the seal clearance is less than the critical seal clearance,the sealing effect of brush seal is better than that of labyrinth seal.Experimental results can serve as a meaningful reference for the design and application of brush seal in gas turbines.
