摘要
使用酸浸提取红土型镍矿中的镍时,浸液中的铁必须除去。试验使用黄铵铁钒法除铁,以碳酸铵作为铁沉淀剂和pH值调整剂,在温度85℃,除铁时间5 h,碳酸铵分三次加入,碳酸铵总用量在15 g/L时,铁的去除率达97.09%,镍损失率保持在2%左右。
Iron in leaching liquid must be removed in the nickel extraction process by acid leaching from lateritic nickel ore.Ammonium jarosite is used to remove iron in the test,ammonium carbonate is taken as the iron precipitating agent and pH value regulator,when the temperature is 85℃,the iron removal time is 5 h,ammonium carbonate is added into in three times,the total amount of ammonium carbonate is 15 g/L,the iron removal rate can reach to 97.09%,the nickel loss ratio can keep in around 2%.
