云南某铅锌矿工艺矿物学研究

Process Mineralogy Study of one Lead-zin Ore in Yunnan

摘要 为了查明云南某铅锌矿化学成分、结构构造、矿物组成、目的矿物的工艺粒度以及铅、锌的赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征,采用化学分析、镜下鉴定、X射线衍射、MLA等测试手段,对其进行详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中铅品位为1.22%,铅的主要独立矿物为白铅矿、方铅矿;矿石中锌品位为7.80%,锌的主要独立矿物为菱锌矿、闪锌矿、异极矿中。铅、锌在矿石中的分布较为分散,且含铅、锌矿物种类较多,将不利于铅、锌的综合回收,根据铅锌分配率重点考虑回收方铅矿、白铅矿、闪锌矿、菱锌矿。 The detailed process mineralogy studies of one lead-zinc ore in Yunnan were carried out to find out its chemical component,structure construction,the particle size of the target mineral,the occurrence state of zinc,and the other process mineralogy features,the following test ways that chemical analysis,microscopic identification,X-ray diffraction,MLA and so on were adopted.Results show that the lead grade in the ore is 1.22%,the host independent minerals of lead are cerusite and galena;the zinc grade in ore is 7.80%,the host independent minerals of zinc are smithsonite,sphalerite and hemimorphite.The distribution of lead zinc in the ore is relatively scattered,there are many minerals contains with lead and zinc,that's not good for comprehensive recovery of lead and zinc,so the emphasis of recycling is placed on galena,cerusite,sphalerite,smithsonite according to lead-zinc distribution rates.
