低浓度淋溶液含氰水处理试验研究

摘要 云南某选厂氰化工艺产生淋溶液,淋溶液进水中氰化物、硫氰化物、铜、汞的浓度大幅度提高,尾矿库淋溶液中CNT及SCN-浓度上升,大大增加了企业安全环保压力,通过试验,采用因科法进行破氰,最终总氰达0.226 mg/L,处理每吨含氰废水成本为1.26元;为处理含氰淋溶液提供依据。 In one Yunnan dressing plant,the leaching solution is produced by a cyanidation process,the concentration of cyanide,thiocyanide,copper and mercury is increased greatly when the leaching solution flowed into water,and the concentration of CNT and SCN in the leaching solution in tailings pond is increased greatly,so the safety and environmental pressure of the enterprise is also increased,cyandie breaking was carried out by using of sulphur dioxide-air method,the total end cyandie content reach to 0.226 mg/L,the treatment cost for one ton cyandie-bearing waste water is ¥1.26 yuan;it can provide a basis for cyanide-bearing leaching solution.
