摘要
针对生产铌粉含氧量和杂质偏高问题,通过大规格铌锭一次彻底氢化技术、金属铌氢化破碎过程防污染技术、除杂去细提纯技术、铌粉脱氢降氧技术的研究,结果表明:杂质含量增幅由最初120~200 g/t降到30g/t、铌粉中镁含量下降50%~80%、氧含量低于500 g/t,铌粉纯度99.9%、粒度分布适宜。
The production of niobium powder has problems that high oxygen and impurities,so it adopted one-time complete hydrogenation technology of large-scale niobium ingots,anti-pollution technology in the hydrocrushing process of niobium metal,impurities and fine powder removal technology,results show:when the impurities content increase was decreased from 120~200 g/t to 30 g/t,the magnesium content in niobium powder was decreased by 50%~80%,the oxygen content is lower than 500 g/t,the purity of niobium powder is 99.9%,the particle size distribution is suitable.
