破格救心汤治疗急性心力衰竭1则

Efficacy of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in the treatment of acute heart failure:a case report

急性心力衰竭是高致死率心血管急症,临床表现为活动后气促、严重呼吸困难伴粉红色泡沫痰、水肿、尿量明显减少,严重者可意识障碍,呼吸衰竭,甚至死亡。本案患者心源性休克后出现多器官功能障碍,中医辨证为心阳虚衰证,以回阳救逆、益气固脱为法,采用破格救心汤联合常规治疗,临床症状迅速改善,且无不良反应。

Acute heart failure(AHF)represents a pivotal cardiovascular emergency characterized by a pronounced mortality risk.Clinically,patients may present with exertional dyspnea,severe respiratory distress marked by pink frothy sputum,edema,reduced urinary output,and in severe cases,altered mental status,respiratory insufficiency,or mortality.In the case at hand,the patient displayed multi-organ dysfunction following an episode of cardiogenic shock.Within the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the distinguishing pattern was identified as an extreme depletion of heart yang.The method of treatment involves restoring yang and rescuing from collapse,and benefiting the qi and consolidating detachment.Concurrently,Poge Jiuxin Decoction was administered alongside standard therapeutic modalities.Notably,the patient exhibited rapid clinical improvement without any discernible adverse reactions.
