摘要
建立了钛合金中铝、钒元素的能力验证活动方法,使用单因子方差分析法对能力验证活动样品进行均匀性检验,采用稳健统计法算法A,以稳健平均值作为指定值,稳健标准差作为能力评定标准差,以z比分数作为评判依据。结果表明,多数实验室对钛合金中铝、钒元素含量的检测水平较高。
A method of capability verification activity for aluminum and vanadium in titanium alloy was established.The homogeneity of the sample of capability verification activity was tested by single factor analysis of variance.The robust statistical algorithm A was used,with the robust average value as the specified value,the robust standard deviation as the standard deviation of capability evaluation,and the z-ratio score as the evaluation basis.The results show that most laboratories have a high level of detection of aluminum and vanadium in titanium alloys.
