摘要
Tenax标准管的制备是汽车挥发性有机化合物(VOC)检测标准曲线的建立和VOC检测质量管控的基础,因此Tenax标准管制备的准确性和一致性将直接决定检测数据的可靠性。对影响Tenax标准管制备质量的各项因素,包括进样器洗涤次数、吹扫流量、吹扫时间、进样停留时间等多维度进行研究分析,结果表明,当吹扫流量为100 mL/min,吹扫时间为5 min,进样停留时间为120 s时,标准管中气体质量浓度最接近理论浓度。
The preparation of Tenax standard tubes is the foundation for the establishment of automotive volatile organic compounds(VOC)testing standard curves and daily quality control.Therefore,the accuracy and consistency of Tenax standard tube preparation will directly determine the reliability of testing data.An analysis was conducted on various factors that affect the quality of Tenax standard tube preparation,such as the different washing times of the injector,the blowing flow rate,the blowing times,and the injection residence time.It was found that when the blowing flow rate is 100 mL/min,the blowing time is 5 min,and the injection residence time is 120 s,the gas mass concentration in the standard tube is closest to the theoretical concentration.
