摘要
卧式泵是一种用于输送清水及物理化学性质类似于清水的液体的管道离心泵,具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、维护方便和防爆电机等优点,可用于工业和城市给排水、高层建筑增压送水、园林喷灌、消防增压、暖通制冷循环和浴室等增压配套设备,属于工业生产中常用的一种泵,解决异响问题对于保证设备正常运行和生产安全具有重要意义。该文针对卧式泵在工厂测试过程中出现的异响问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施。通过对异响原因的分析和实验验证,证明作业一致性及调整排水压力值的解决措施有效性,能够保证设备测试运行的可靠性和稳定性。
Horizontal pump is a kind of pipeline centrifugal pump used to transport clear water and liquids whose physical and chemical properties are similar to clear water.it has the advantages of compact structure,small footprint,convenient maintenance,explosion-proof motor and so on.it can be used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage,pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings,garden sprinkler irrigation,fire pressurization,HVAC refrigeration cycle,bathroom and other pressurized equipment,which is commonly used in industrial production.Solving the problem of abnormal noise is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and production safety.In this paper,the abnormal noise of horizontal pump in factory testing is analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Through the analysis of the causes of abnormal noise and experimental verification,it is proved that the operation consistency and the effectiveness of the countermeasures to adjust the drainage pressure can improve the reliability and stability of the equipment test operation.
