摘要
针对河北省某城镇生活污水处理设施能力不足,出水污染物不达标等问题,在原废水处理设施上进行改造,设计处理能力为15000 m~3/d,采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺+MBR作为此次污水处理的核心工艺。介绍了工艺流程及主要设计参数,考察了组合工艺对污水处理效果,分析了建设投资及运行费用。运行结果表明:该工艺出水稳定,水质提升效果明显,对主要污染物COD、BOD_(5)、SS、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为92.1%、93.2%、95%、87.7%和71.8%,经卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺+MBR工艺处理后,其出水主要污染物指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。
In view of the problems of insufficient capacity of domestic sewage treatment facilities in a town in Hebei Province and effluent pollutants not reaching the standard,the original wastewater treatment facilities were transformed,and the designed treatment capacity was 15000m~3/d using Carusel oxidation ditch process as the core process of the sewage treatment.This paper introduces the process flow and the main design parameters,examines the effect of the combined process on sewage treatment,and analyzes the construction investment and operation cost.The operation results show that the effluent of this process is stable and the water quality improvement effect is obvious.The average removal rate of major pollutant COD,BOD_(5,) SS,TN and TP is 92.1%,93.2%,95%,87.7% and 71.8%.After treatment by Carussel oxidation ditch process+MBR process,the main effluent pollutant indexes reach the level A standard of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).
