厨余垃圾的自升温好氧消化处理效果及其影响因素研究

摘要 以快速稳定厨余垃圾中有机物为目的,采用自升温好氧消化工艺对厨余垃圾的稳定化效果及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:自升温好氧消化体系中,最适厨余垃圾含固率为6%、曝气强度为200 mL air/(h·L)(以含固率为6%计)、搅拌强度为100 r/min。在最适工艺参数条件下,厨余垃圾有机物能在14 d内实现快速稳定,20 d时挥发性有机物(VS)去除率高达66.2%。在稳定化处理过程中有机物代谢规律为:消化前期,高温溶胞作用使得细胞裂解后大量有机物进入上清液;消化中期,嗜热菌以溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)为底物进行代谢,有机物被迅速分解;消化后期,体系中可利用有机物被基本分解完全,SCOD浓度趋于稳定。 With the aim to stabilize kitchen waste quickly,the effect of autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion(ATAD)on kitchen waste and its influencing factors were investigated.The results showed that the optimal process parameters of ATAD for kitchen waste were as follows:solid content of kitchen waste was 6%;the aeration intensity was 200mL air/(h·L)(based on a solid content of 6%),and the stirring intensity was 100r/min.With the optimal condition,a quick stabilization of kitchen waste could be achieved within 14 days,and the VS removal rate reached 66.2% after 20 days digestion.The metabolic process of organic matters during the stabilization treatment was as follows:in the early stage,a large number of organic matters enter the supernatant after cell lysis due to the high temperature;in the middle stage,the organic matters are rapidly decomposed by thermophilic bacteria with SCOD as the substrate;in the later stage,the available organic matters in the system are basically degraded completely,and the SCOD content keeps stable.
