服务效能提升视角下近郊陂塘保护性利用策略研究--以重庆黛湖沿线陂塘水系为例

Protection and Utilization Strategy of Suburb Pond from the Perspective of Service Efficiency Improvement:Taking Pond System Along Dai Lake in Chongqing as an Example

陂塘水系分布广泛、数量众多,具有重要的生态价值。在快速城市化背景下,由于对其服务价值认识不足,近郊大量陂塘水体遭到破坏,严重危及水文生态系统安全。为破解难题,寻求积极主动的生态修复模式,以重庆黛湖沿线陂塘水系为研究对象,分析其削减原因,从生态、游赏、经济等角度进行价值再判断,据此提出基于服务效能提升的分工合作、生态修复及功能修补策略。

With wide distribution and large number of pond systems,it has important ecological value.Under the background of rapid urbanization,due to the lack of understanding of its service value,a large number of suburban ponds are destroyed,which seriously endangers the security of hydrological ecosystem.In order to solve the problem,seek an active ecological restoration model.Taking pond system along Dai Lake in Chongqing as research object,the reasons for its reduction are analyzed,and the value is re-judged from perspectives of ecology,tourism and economy,so as to put forward strategies of division of labor cooperation,ecological restoration and functional repair based on service efficiency improvement.
