城市低密度区域商业空间设计--以苏家坨镇社区型商业中心为例

Design of Commercial Space in Low-density Urban Area:Taking Community-based Commercial Center in Sujiatuo Town as an Example

在城市低密度区域,传统商业模式面临人口稀少、交通不便、消费能力有限等挑战。以北京市海淀区苏家坨镇社区型商业中心为例,采用新中式风格的建筑设计,结合周边文化景观资源与科创产业优势,打造与城市低密度区域协调发展的商业空间,探索城市低密度区域的商业设计。

In low-density areas,traditional business models face challenges such as sparse population,inconvenient transportation,and limited consumption power.Taking Sujiatuo Town,Haidian District,Beijing,as an example,adopt of new Chinese style architectural design,com-bined with surrounding cultural landscape resources and advantages of science and innovation industry,create a commercial space that developing in harmony with low-density area,and explore the commercial design of low-density urban area.
