摘要
根据干气密封的基本结构和工艺流程,某公司结合循环氢压缩机非驱动端干气密封泄漏故障的实际案例,统计分析非驱动端主密封泄漏气流量的变化趋势和相关参数的变化规律,排查泄漏可能的原因,从设备和工艺两方面分别制定应对措施来延长干气密封的使用寿命。运行10个月后干气密封泄漏失效,装置停车更换。后来公司对干气密封本体进行拆解,分析了失效的直接原因和间接原因,并提出整改建议。
According to the basic structure and technological process of dry gas seal and combined with the actual cases of dry gas seal leakage at the non-driving end of circulating hydrogen compressor,this paper statistically analyzed the trend of the leakage gas flow rate of the main seal at the non-driving end and the change law of the related parameters,and investigated the possible causes of the leakage.Then countermeasures were developed to prolong the service life of dry gas seals in terms of equipment and process.After 10 months of operation,the dry gas seal failed due to leakage,and the device stopped and the failed seal was replaced.Later,the company disassembled the dry gas seal body,analyzed the direct and indirect causes of the failure,and put forward suggestions for rectification.
