Logics,Evolution and Strategies of Rural Revitalization in the View of Common Prosperity

在推进全体人民共同富裕的进程中,最广泛最深厚的基础在农村,最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村,最大的潜力和后劲也在农村。新中国成立以来,中国共产党在不同时期分别以农业合作化、农村经济体制改革、社会主义新农村建设以及农村脱贫攻坚为主题开展乡村建设,对“三农”问题的认识和实践不断深化。新时代推进乡村振兴战略要注重科学规划乡村产业与村庄建设,重构乡土文化自信,理顺乡村各类组织主体之间的关系。

In the process of promoting the common prosperity for all,the broadest and deepest foundation is in the rural areas,the most arduous and onerous tasks are in the rural areas,and the greatest potential and stamina are also in the rural areas.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Communist Party of China has continuously deepened its understanding and practice of the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers at different times through agricultural cooperation,rural economic system reform,construction of new socialist rural areas,and rural poverty alleviation.To promote the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,we should pay attention to planning rural industry and village construction scientifically,reconstructing local cul-tural self-confidence,and straighten out the relationship between various organizational subjects in rural areas.
