基于陶行知思想的新文科劳动教育内涵要求与实施路径

The Intrinsic Requirements of and Approaches to Labor Education in the Field of Liberal Arts Under the Guidance of Tao Xingzhi's Thoughts

当代大学生劳动意识与能力不足,劳动教育效能不高,而新文科建设对新时代交叉复合型文科人才的劳动素养提出更高要求。本文依据高等教育的新文科建设理念,分析了新时代高校劳动教育的内涵要求:更高层面的价值导向性、更深程度的问题关注度、更广维度的融合性和更突出的应用性。按照陶行知先生的劳动教育思想,高校劳动教育应以育人导向、浸润原则、实践主导为原则,从劳动教育课程体系、资源共同体、劳动育人方式、评价体系和保障体系五个层面提高新文科劳动教育质量。

Nowadays,some university students exhibit inadequate awareness and capacity of labor while the effectiveness of labor education remains unsatisfactory,yet the development of new liberal arts education poses a higher requirement on the labor competency of students with interdisciplinary and diversified backgrounds in liberal arts degree programs.According to the concept of new liberal arts education in higher education,this article analyses the intrinsic requirements for new-era labor education in universities as encompassing higher levels of value orientation,deeper concerns of social issues,broader scope of integration,and more demonstrable practical application.Drawing on Tao Xingzhi s thoughts of labor education,as for labor education in universities,we should uphold the principles of spiritual-development orientation,immersive learning,and dominance in practices.The improvement of labor education in the field of new liberal arts should be approached across five dimensions:curriculum system,resource sharing system,labor-based education model,assessment system,and support system.
