义务教育高质量发展对支撑教育强市建设、满足人民群众多元教育需求以及提升城市竞争力具有重要作用。在建设教育强市的新时代背景下,南京通过加大教育投入、扩大优质教育资源供给、强化师资队伍建设等举措,致力于义务教育的高质量发展。针对优质教育资源供给依然不够均衡、教师队伍建设依然需要加强等问题,应持续深化义务教育领域综合改革,提高义务教育资源配置的精准性和有效性,扩大优质师资的辐射能力,进一步提升南京义务教育整体水平。

The high-quality development of compulsory education plays an important role in supporting the construction of a strong education city,meeting the diverse educational needs of the people and enhancing the competitiveness of the city.In the new era of building a strong education city,Nanjing is committed to the high-quality development of compulsory education by increasing education investment,expanding the supply of high-quality education resources,strengthening the construction of teachers and other measures.In view of the problems such as the supply of high-quality education resources is still not balanced and the construction of teachers still needs to be strengthened,comprehensive reform in the field of compulsory education should be continuously deepened,the accuracy and effectiveness of the allocation of compulsory education resources should be improved,the radiation ability of high-quality teachers should be expanded,and the overall level of compulsory education in Nanjing should be further improved.
