摘要
职业教育与教育强市之间是辩证统一,密不可分的,中等职业教育作为职业教育的重要组成部分,在教育强市过程中也发挥着重要作用。“十三五”期间,南京市中等职业教育在财政投入、办学条件、办学质量、专业建设、体系完善和信息化国际化方面都取得了可喜成就,在党的二十大和全国职教大会提出的职业教育高质量发展要求下,目前也面临社会认可度吸引力不足、内涵发展不足、学位和师资供给不足和制度供给不足等诸多问题。需要从明确类型定位,加强职业教育内涵建设,加快完善现代职业教育和培训体系,深化体制机制改革和政策制度保障几方面破解问题,切实增强中等职业教育适应性,以高质量发展积极推动南京教育强市建设。
There is a dialectical unity between the vocational education and the Strong City of education.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of the vocational education,also plays a basic role in the process of strengthening the city through education.During the 13th Five-year Plan,Nanjing's secondary vocational education has made gratifying achievements in terms of financial investment,school-running conditions,school-running quality,professional development,system improvement,informatization and internationalization.However,under the requirements of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the National Vocational Education Congress for high-quality development of vocational education,at the present stage,it also faces many problems such as the lack of attraction of social recognition,the lack of connotative development,the lack of quotas and teachers,and the lack of system supply.We need to address these problems in terms of optimizing the positioning of vocational education types,strengthening the connotative development,speeding up the improvement of the modern vocational education and training system,deepening the reform of systems and mechanisms,and policies and institutional guarantees,we will strengthen the adaptability of Secondary vocational education and promote the construction of a strong education city in Nanjing with high-quality development.
